Thomas J. Secor, President

Tom Secor is the president of TFG, bringing to this role his expertise in sales, recruiting and team building inside small and medium sized organizations. Prior to TFG, Tom founded Sun Staffing Services in Phoenix, Arizona. Tom is also an active board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Burke A. Rice, Executive Vice President

Burke Rice currently leads our Sales, Marketing, and Client Service initiatives at TFG. Burke is an accomplished, client-driven sales, marketing and operations executive with over 20 years experience as a vice-president, director, and manager at financial and accounting organizations including Bank of America, US Bank and Grant Thornton LLP. Additionally, as an experienced business owner, Burke offers a unique understanding of the needs of employers and their employees. He has served on various community boards and associations, and is currently serving as a Director for the Western Golf Association.

Rick Holt, Chairman

Rick is a co-founder responsible for devising corporate strategy and directing financials for TFG. He is also a founder and the current President of Aptus Financial, Inc., Rick sits on the board of Spirelogix, a privately-held managed telecommunications services company in Los Angeles.

Jeremy Inman, Co-Founder

Jeremy Inman is a co-founder and is responsible for supporting and advising the corporate strategy. Jeremy also serves as the Executive Vice President of APTUS Financial, an independent service organization that specializes in transaction processing and ATM sales for the retail and financial institution market.
